How odd,, why does this child need a green card if she is an AMERICAN ??? I just do not understand any of this. I can understand if she was NOT BORN AND RAISED IN AMERICA..then she would require a green card. This is a bit strange, alot of the story is MISSING.. I am glad she is no longer in a nursing home,but her family should be responsible for what happens to this child (she is a minor)and the DCFS should be involved,not DORS.I do hope things go well for this child.

Hey, I catch your story.. Tara live near 15 miles from my house in Norfolk, VA. She is success going to VSD, We earned funds to help her donination. She finally got school. Shes live with Kathy my friend who take care of her instread staying at Nursey House anymore. Everything fine now. I saw Tara last two wks ago.
