replacing organs when you are a senior citizen from an exact clone of your own body would let you live a good 40 extra years i could guess, however you would have to sacrifice the life of the clone which is a copy of you, which is pretty bad

I was only 9 when dr who night was broadcast and i was to young to concentrate on it...i was too excited my the theme tune and then spent the rest of the night jumping about.
