Okay, If your a goalie you have to favour Rask. Thomas is playing well, but his style is unorthadox. He relies on reflex, and of course luck (But who doesn't) Rask on the other hand is faster and better technacly speaking. So Rask >Thomas

tuukka and tim have very different styles. thomas is clearly bigger and takes up more of the net so that compensates for his lack of mobility. thats why when he tries to be quick, he flops around and makes a save by chance. rask on the other hand is taller. he can see moreof the play develop in front of him. he is skinnier which means he doesnt take up much of the net, but his quick leg work helps him close off the bottom of the net. rask has a pretty weak glove.

The glove is usually at ur side because its a lot easier ( i think ) to remember that when the glove is on the side of ur pad that you only have to move the glove up instead of taking the extra time thinking where to move ur glove if it was higher and away from your pad

@cellyhard31 think of this, when you are further out, you are closer to the puck, which means it takes less time for the puck to get to you, which means you have to react quicker. Im a goalie, I know.

rask is a positional goalie, he relis mostly on being far out to cut off angles, while thomas is a reflex goalie who relies on his ability to react very quickly
