@GirlsSoBored. Its written by someone who grew up in the heights, lived all his life there so it is very similar to life in the heights. However it is a musical so it will not exactly be the same, but the music gets to u in a emotional way...I just really hope ur not as ignorant as my sisters who only wanted to see it because they thought it was about Dominican hustlers from the heights, its not. its about being Latino in New York.
