Soem FREEMASON in the town hall, decided to get his son, or nephew or soemone an art gallery, to sort out his career for the next 20 yrs.

CORRUPTION is behind it. OR, a councillers neice is a painter, and she's got 10 paintings in there, and so thye are now worht money, at last.

Only a secret agent could find out whats realy behind it, because its all doen behind closed doors, with OUR money all over the table.

They choose one of the porest, and mostunderdeveloped areas, and spend MILLIONS building an art gallery.

And when this place is on the verge of bankrupcy, they will save it, by booking in HUNDREDS of school children each day and BORING them with paintings.

But WHO will pay the entrance fee, for schools ? YOU !

Your council tax, will rise, to pay for the UPKEEP of this disaster.

lol i went to see it not long ago and i was chattin to a polish lady about the waste of money spent on the public the women fukin confused me propa and the way she was talking cracked me up! some thick people work there.. its a waste check it out for your selves.
