Okay, so I'm using Wifi through out my whole house, (we are using are landlords Internet connection) On my xbox 360 I have her connection and her password but it says Your wireless network is secured with a WEP or WPA passphrase. Your console may be using the wrong one. what do I do? Oh and our landlord is using a PC, my mac can get the connection and my PS3 can get it to... what do I do?

To find your primary dns go to the apple sign in your left high corner, go to 'about this mac', go to more info, click on 'network'. Under IPv4 you see: Router: xxx.xxx.x.x. That number is your primary dns! Hope its clear!

@fyhard are you running lion? this method doesn't work on 10.7 or later, they no longer allow you to share the IP address.

Worked like a charm! If I bridge a connection on my windows partition, it doesn't say that the connection speed may be limited- only on the mac for some reason. But I haven't noticed any issues with speed, nor are other players usually complaining about me lagging, so I think I'm okay.

This worked for me so very nice video! But I had to type in a different Primary DNS Server. To find your "Primary DNS Server" on Mac - Goto the apple logo on the top-left. - Click "About this Mac" - Then click "More info" -  Then scroll till you see "Network" - Click "Airport" - Then find the text thats says something like "Router: 192.168.0.1" - Use the IP. in this case 192.168.0.1 and make that ur Primary DNS. - Do the test again and you are ready to go!

@gamingtitans I had a question regarding using this method but via vpn. Let me preface by saying I'm not entirely certain this is possible, but if it is it would be amazing! It's able to establish the connection to my network using your steps outlined in the video, however it cannot connect to live. Regardless of what numbers I've tried to plug into the DNS fields it always comes back with an error stating it can't resolve the names of xbox live servers or xbox.com.

Any insight would be great
