too much vibrato.and dramatic breathing. dude, i understand u love playing this song, and i do too, but with or without you isnt something u need to get all emotional with, like looking away from the piano a bajillion times. try closing your eyes, and slowly playing that song, and really really think about the people u love most. try to almost whisper the words to yourself and imagine know one can see you sing, like no one can feel your emotions.
