no doubt he is a gud bowler. but he doesnt respect people. recently he got into a fight with bob woolmer. n also i heard in India he slapt a guy for no reason.
Undoubtably the quickest out there at the current time but Jeff Thomson was faster,study the footage from 1974-5,you can see from the naked eye he was faster(look how far Rodney Marsh has to stand back)and Thommo was timed on more accurate equipment,high speed photosonic camera's not the dodgy radar guns used today,I think Frank Tyson was probably quicker than Shoaib to but fair play he is one of the fastest to have played but not the fastest ever.
