  • Nice video, I've tried these before after seeing the Klokov video, great exercise. I found lowering the bar without straining my shoulders the hardest bit though.

  • Great exercise. If anything I feel the fatigue mostly in the upper part of my traps.

    Makes one realize how absurdly strong Klokov is to perform the motion so casually with that kind of weight.

  • Thanks for the demo, I will give it a try. Any suggestions for correcting imbalances due to heavy lifting in the jerk using the split?

  • i have been doing these for several weeks now, fairly light, 60-65kgs for sets of 4 and find if i concentrate on keeping the elbow externally rotated, it really helps with holding a big weight at the bottom of a snatch.

    Im able to adjust at the bottom much better then before if the bar is slightly forward of back.
