Nice video, I've tried these before after seeing the Klokov video, great exercise. I found lowering the bar without straining my shoulders the hardest bit though.
i have been doing these for several weeks now, fairly light, 60-65kgs for sets of 4 and find if i concentrate on keeping the elbow externally rotated, it really helps with holding a big weight at the bottom of a snatch.
Im able to adjust at the bottom much better then before if the bar is slightly forward of back.

Great exercise. If anything I feel the fatigue mostly in the upper part of my traps.
Makes one realize how absurdly strong Klokov is to perform the motion so casually with that kind of weight.

Thanks for the demo, I will give it a try. Any suggestions for correcting imbalances due to heavy lifting in the jerk using the split?
