My Chigi looks fluffier and bulkier. When mine was born, he looked like a purebred chihuahua. Now that he is two years old, he looks a lot like a corgi, but you can still see some of the chihuahua.
I have one of these. They are the BEST dogs ever! Mine is the same size and shape, but he is a tri-color boy... they tend to get thier colring from their chihuahua parent.
In scale, they're the largest brain of all canines, and they're also the only domestic dog to have originated from United States.
Deer-Headed (or whatever you wanna call them) Chihuahuas are the more 'pure' ones I suppose.. while the round-headed variety are more descent from the Chinese Chin dog..

we got a chihuahua a few years ago for $100 (he's worth more than that) and we thought he was purebred but later we found out he was half chihuahua and half corgi. he's so awesome. but he growls at our miniature dachshund. and when he was still a puppy he would fight little toy puppies that barked.
I love my Chigi<3. But hes not very smart.... Lol. Where still trying to potty train him :)
