Today, it would be a Blu-ray 3D player instead of a VCR ; ) I love it that Wade says the "3 Stooges" and "Beetles" names. When the castle blows away, the next scene shows a picture of Jon flying away. If anyone in their adult years no longer likes these cartoons, then humor feels dead to me : \ I always loved the story epsodes of this and "Garfield". I love the line "I don't speak ninja".

anyone notice the Grimmy shoes that wade is wearing? That is a reference to the other show that played alongside Garfield and Friends on CBS in 1992 and is also a comic strip, Grimmy can also be seen in Garfield Gets Real and Garfield did a promo for Mother Goose and Grimm on CBS kid TV that same year. The guy who played Mandark in Dexter's Lab (Eddie Deezen) played Hamm in Grimmy.
