Nkomo is a great statesman. Although he teveals the fact that Gukurahundi was not a tribal issue, we still believe so. Mugabe tribalised the issue and we must not buy the idea. Nkomo wouldnt have been president because of the tribal politics played by Mugabe

The mark of a great statesman.He knew his life was in danger & he knw quite well from who but not once do you hear him spew hate speeches & propaganda.He is diplomatic about it & in so doing leaves the door open for reform in his enemies.He is using well-thought out response that are designed not to make an already bad situation worse.The interviewer is actually trying to push him into it but he maintains his diplomacy.Him & Mbeki would have made a formidable team.

I wonder why we still have ZANU in power. It's so sad after this. It's like saying Hitler should have stayed in power and the Jews in Israel and everywhere should have go back to Germany to live in peace and tranquility doing as if the holocoust never took place. This video reflects the problem that the matabeland people suffered.Nkomo was a good guy and that was the problem .He had this fantacy feeling that the shona could unite with ndebele for one zimbabwe yet mugabe was on a mission to destroy his people.This man was our biggest liability,we needed a fighter not this kind of a coward.
