@Rislundman You can learn almost anything on guitar if you have the right mindset, you have to practice ALOT for some songs and parts though. Most important thing is you like what you're playing, to motivate you and to not get sick of hearing it over and over :) The transitions between chords and positions is important to learn right from the start, speed will come after a while. You will watch as your fingers gets a life of their own as you progress, it's really cool!

@Rislundman Play for a year then attempt it. You can probably try after 6 months of playing but will probably take you a year to play clean. I've played this for about a year off and on and just now can I play it very clean. I still mess up on some parts and dont improvise entirely like JF does. Great song but fairly tough to play correctly.

@mountedbuterfly This song is much easier to play if you skip the "C form" barre chord and instead use a capo at the second fret. That's how the original recording was done.

In the intro you're supposed to pick the b string periodically also. It's hard to describe exactly where it is, but it definitely adds something to the intro. You should show how to play that too

This is sorta like it. The first sound is a 2 note chord. That sets up the picking through the beginning, and same with the 2nd chord. This is good to get the idea, but like 70% of the right way. More like an intro, not a lesson.

@xcountxcodyx i had the same problem. don't use a capo, not using one will allow you to get better with your fingers if you just keep practicing. btw this isn't the actual way to play this song. hope i helped. just keep practicing that chord.

There are hammer-ons and pull-offs that he's not showing in the intro. And there are times you pluck two strings at once, in fact the first note is 5th string at the 5th fret and 2nd string at the 3rd fret simultaneously. This stuff pisses me off, the guy comes off as totally professional and he's wrong from the very first note.
