I like the digital indicators better because they use less room, so you don't need many little, individual spaces for each floor. There was the indicator above the door, so I'm glad there's now the other one.

Why did you try to point the camera away from the open elevator door when you stopped at floor 'B'? What were you scared of?

I'm guessing that the car lantern is retained, but Schindler's 500A soft car bell (that sound like HT Series bell but slower) is added.

Nice elevator, and I think this used to be an Otis elevator. Also, the signal fixtures are Monitor Controls Monitor fixtures with vandal resistant buttons.
