@ZEO90 I went on wikipedia and looked up Turner motorsports and that brought me to Braun Racing, which in turn lead me to Stringer motorsports and finally, that lead to the 2002 team of Akin Motorsports and the description of the #38 Great Clips Ford. It also unfortunately lead me to news that he also passed away in 2007 (Due to accidental overdose I believe).
Its been a while but I finally found out who this is: Christian Elder.
