  • I once met Bo Diddley and I told him, I liked the songs with his name in the title, Then I asked him, Can you Picture Britney Spears doing a Song called Britney Spears?, Then he laughed.

  • What happened to that fine African American lady who played with Bo Diddley in the old days? I believe she was called "The Duchess".

  • @thisislogout no, the Duchess was his second female guitar player. There is a great story in the Fanzine " Blue Suede News" #37 winter '97, that (I think) you can still find cheap on ebay, about Lady Bo! highly recommended!

  • Bo didn't do much with the guitar except use it as a percussion instrument, but it was fuckin' baaaaddd!!!! And he was a sweet guy too.
