hey, i'm sortuv a noob at this game

how do you do that "nudge" thing, where all you do is hit the person and they die?

i thought you had to do the spin-attack in order to do that. thanks for any help :)

Press R or L twice. (Or Z)

It isn't an instant kill though, only certain machines have that quality (in particular the Black Bull, since its basically build for that).

The Spin Attack is also a method of attack, but a less reliable one imo.
