Nah, this is natural phenomenon called a sun dog. If you google sun dog, you will see all kinds of pictures of them and you can read about them too.

These are FAKE SUN DOGS caused by the reflection of light off of all the CHEMICALS being sprayed in the sky called CHEMTRAILS. Google chemtrails. As the camera lens is stationary with the exception of changing your own aperture this is obviously a poor lens effect. it's pretty but why try to make as big a fool of your viewers when you can simply be honest and refer to this as beautiful?

Gorgeous sun-dogs! Come to Canada we'll show you many all winter long on sunny days... and sometimes during other seasons. They occur when ice particles fill the atmosphere and hang at a certain angle (45 degrees if I remember correctly) from the sun, they are, sort of, a type of rainbow.

That is a well known meteorological phenomenon called "parhelia", all due to sun light reflecting on high atmosphere ice particles, following a certain angle. Most often observed from high northern latitudes.

In the summer I saw the big halo edged with the rainbow colors around the Sun. The circle was really huge, it was totally incredible. I like watching the sun on the days and the stars on the night, guess I'm a big dreamer, but at least I can dream biG:)!
