@Antihippie24 I was a teen in the 90's and it really was a great time to be a teen from a musical standpoint. For me as a Black teen to relate to themes in rock music, more specifically Pearl Jam and TOTD, more than rap music was alot for some of my peers to handle. I just did not grow up in poor inner city areas, so I did not relate to the themes in some rap songs. That didnt make me less of a Black person and I didnt want to be anything else, I just related to this music thematically.

@Ekywsaq Actually, he played it live with Chester Bennington, not Linkin Park. Chester and Chris are close friends. And just because you're a fan of grunge music doesn't mean you need to shoot down Chester because he's part of a band YOU don't like. He's a fucking awesome vocalist and they did a fantastic cover. The dude probably grew up on or was influenced by grunge. Personally, if I ever had a chance to perform with Chris Cornell or Alice in Chains (and Chester has) I'd jump at the chance.

Simply Amazing. Two of the greatest 90's bands together. This is what I call a supergroup. Weird how things come full circle. Soundgarden Splits up, them reforms. Pearl Jam outlasts all Seatle grunge yet takes a small hiatus and the drummer here Started out in Soundgarden and is now the longest running Pearl Jam Drummer (Matt Cameron).
