Horse hair is sometimes dropped by the Nightmares in Skeleton Cave, they're the ghost horses that appear and disappear while galloping across the screen.

god ive been looking for the last 2 villigers after getting the bad ending (killing that crazy dude and unleashing dracula) and i knew one was in a stone like structure or marble walls and 1 in an ice place and i cheked all the water places but no luck
