  • Nice Job, but be more consequent with infection prevention; in this setting it is better also use someting on your head so no hair and other debris can fall in the operation site.

  • Great technique, I have done it, and it works really great, specially in those areas were there is little bone. One tips is that we need to be prepared with all armamentarium, not just the ultrasonic unit but also with the bone expanding/compression screws (MIS for example, or Dr Anitua´s).

    Great job Dr Salama

  • good, god!

  • please, can you tell to me if you take the tacs off in any other moment...or you leave them there remain for ever? thanks.

  • the dude must have been in agonizing pain after...

  • jezz thats painful!!!!

  • oh jeez o-o thats gonna be painful when he wakes up, i really take my hat off to these doctors though this is like a very fine art with such complexity o-o

  • ugh... now my gums hurt from just watching! lol

  • hes asleep

  • this will soon not be needed to do because they have now found out how to grow a tooth.

The only problem they have with growing a tooth is which side is up? expect this option at a dentists office within 2-5 more years.

  • ok, i'm officaily creeped out :S

  • ouch!! thats gota hurt! and also was he awake? or knocked out?

  • how does ones teeth get in that shape?

  • doctor, you are great! talent and hands! bravo!

  • Oh my F****** gosh

  • Beautifully placed and documented!

I place implants and I picked up a few pearls here. Thank You and please post more implant videos!!

ps love the scope and vid setup.

  • I hate to do this, but, Could the person doing the procedure do without the beautiful (for him, at least) but rather bulky wristwatch? I am pretty sure it is heavily contaminated, and, sadly denotes his surgical handwashing technique is nothing short of non existing, mind you, one fears for some other areas of his surgical techniques/training.

  • Good point. I didn't even think about that.

  • im not a doctor or anything. what are you screwing those implants into? is the upper jaw hollow under the bone? seems to me if the implant wasnt screwed into solid bone it wouldnt hold very well. thanks in advance!

  • ouchh

  • nice technique .. impressive

  • wow ur a good doctor!

  • thanks
