she s stupid. i m from rumenia and her story is not about the origin of vampire myths. back in the days there was a landlord named dracula who impaled his people with a sharp piece of wood if they wouldnt obey, that s how stormer got his protagonist and how vamps were born

@gegenbrand i thought it was vlad the impaler who tortured anyone who borke the law, event the most minor case, he would mount their head on spikes or Mame them with splinted wood, he had a son Draco who started a group called the dragon or something so it changed to draco to dracul for dragon blood, later it changed to dracula for those with serious bloodlust.

@Luckyfuzz57 yes vlad the impaler tortured everyone who wasn't honest or broke the law he also tortured little animals when he was locked up in some kind of jail(don't think the had jails back then). although the name isn't coming from a group with some dragon blood things.vlad his father was called drac and ula meant son he was dracula the son of drac.

that's what I read on the internet sorry if I'm wrong I only tell what I know.
