alright, i had the same problem redshift40 and what you have to do is make a profile, and at the top it says go to your profile when you click your name. Once you go to your profile. There will be tabs that say upload pictures and video. And ta da :) there you go

@redshift40 dude what's the point of having Google Videos when Google owns Youtube. Maybe you don't know but its true, "GOOGLE OWNS YOUTUBE". So basically google already has a video site. So what's the point of Google having Youtube and Google Videos at the same time?
