Assuming Iran didn't start the war by foolishly sinking a destroyer, the US would pay a heavy price for the attack. The governments of Saudis Arabia, Pakistan, Egypt would be in danger of being overthrown. Iraq would sink back into chaos. The US would be in a nightmare both politically and logistically. I oppose the US attacking Iran under any circumstances. A US attack will not happen unless some fool on either side starts to believe that such a war is winnable.

When the US went against Iraq in the first Gulf war, Iraqi's still had mustard gas from the Iran/Iraq war. Not even Hussein was crazy enough to try to gas against US forces. The bact. and bio weapons are EXCUSES to invade Iran, not deterrents. You don't use bio weapons on a country with 2623 active nuclear warheads unless you wish to live on the sun. Don't be delusional. The US would take out Iran in less than a week. The survivors of the 12 million whoever would never even see US troops until it was over. The bombers, missiles, and stealth aircraft would come at night. Communications, radar, & air force would be knocked out first, then the troops and tanks with Apaches and bombers. That being said, the US will not invade Iran. It would destabilize the entire region and double the deficit.

They do, but atleast they copy Russian tech and build their own versions for cheaper cost so they can mass produce it.
There's nothing wrong with that, in fact it's better than other countries who only purchase and never build like the Arab countries, because they are always going to be 100% dependent. Catch my drift? ;)
