ok if u want the anihilator chopper. u gotta have playboy mansion so its easy to find if u dont have then nvm u still can go. find a police hq in east holland in algonuin. if u find it its spawn above the police hq go find a door entrance on the side. and just walk up the stairs. i dont know if u ahve to complete the game to get it. just try it 1st ok.

yes... you have to steal it from a police station. it automatically gives you 4 or 5 stars i think, pretty hard 2 get rid of but otherwise only the pigeons
