This is not called hacking, you can simply go to the users panel and change it, if you're an administrator. It's the same thing as linux where you "passwd <user>".

3. Type Cmd

4. Type net users

5. type net users "user name"

6. at the end of the user name press Shift 8

7. type new pass

8. retype new pass
