I would so play this if not for the battle system. I've never liked it. I want to be able to simply stab them with my weapon, not choose an attach and watch it happen...

@rob6van1dam9 Somethings up with that company seriously. It's like they don't WANT to release or work on it. I remember reading something where even Tetsuya is just as puzzled as us about the slow production. I don't give a flying fuck bout this game (XIII-2) or any other game really (even Capcom sucks ass now). SE is just trash, it's sad.

I am 24 and I played Final Fantasy when each and every one was epic, not because of graphics and cut scenes, but because of GREAT story line, world, characters, battle system, and character progression. You don't know shiz about Final Fantasy if you especially like this sad excuse of a sequel to the worst FF.
@keung84 while wearing a thong as part as your costume, or have 100 belts attach, can be over the top. At least their looks are kinda memorable compare to generic white guy with short hair and 5 o clock shadow in MW, ME, BF, deus ex, etc
looks fantastic while the script could be better it looks beautiful can't wait to play the sequel to my second favorite final fantasy, first belongs to 8.
@leggomyeeko It was a mistake to make a sequel. They should have either redone 7 or made another game with some more interesting (badass?) characters.
@Max1130 I agree somewhat with what you're saying. 6,7, 8 and 10 are all on the same pedestal of gaming for me. All intriguing stories with unique developing character storylines and have had provided me with opportunities to play through them more than once. I wouldn't say they're "leaps and bounds better", but that's why opinions exist. :)
