I bought Organic Edamame at Costco. I read that in order to be able to use the "ORGANIC" label on foods that it had to be non-GMO. How does one really know it is non-GMO? Who is the watch dog over this and how vigilant are they?
How can you tell if the seed that is planted is non-GMO?
It's so strange, America (and her children) have never been fatter or sicker and we can't seem to figure out why.

At our home, I only purchase "real" food that is minimally processed, labeled non-GMO and organic! If it's not labeled "non-GMO"... I don't buy it.
