  • hey guys, when i'm in that position (and 10 fingers obviously) i cant even hold my body up...

    i can do 50 tractions n 100 normal push ups, but 0 handstand pushups...

    which excersise could i do to prepare me to do that??

  • I can do 20 when being warm but my forehead doesn´t touch the ground. I am really vertical though. It is easier to learn the handstand through a yoga handstand. There are good vids on YT ;o)

  • @weathered79 all the blood from your whole body rushes to your head and when you flip over to just standing normally all the bllood rushes back through the rest of your body real quick i hate it lol head aches every time

  • "My face is red as you can see, its a tough excercise". Your face is not read because its a tough excercise, its red because you've got about a gallon of blood in your head. Seriously, join a gym instead.

  • prob! i can do them just! i have landed on my head one time and it hurt but i was lucky and did not brake any thing

  • dude, questions like that will only add on to your fear, thus discouraging you from trying handstands at all. a good way to fix your worry is to learn "escape" methods for when you lean too forward in a handstand. one method is to twist 90 degrees and simply step down. the other is to roll out of it forwards. the second method shouldnt be used on hard ground though, just use the first. or, if you're still scared, just use a wall to balance you. good luck!

  • You should start from a head stand position, it makes it more difficult. Check out my handstand push up. Peace!
