I got here from a video of Quasar, which is a Trance Mix in this game. However, I find Trance music to be rather bland, and the Trance Effect does nothing, surprisingly. As such, I greatly dislike Trance music.

There are supposedly 4 in the US- I played on one in Florida in February of 09, but this February (10) the arcade was closed both times I checked, but all the machines were still in there, including IIDX. Its translated into English like most DDR machines are, but has a warning about it being illegal outside Japan! XD

How come there are 7 keys (not including turnable) on the controller while there is only 4 on the actual game screen (Again, not including turnable)

There are seven keys on the game screen, if you look closely in the video there are "blue" colored notes that respond to the black keys... it's just hard to make out in this video due to the quality of the video.

in joy plaza, if u ask u can do direct recording from beatmania series and initial d series. as well as joy plaza, other game center even provide direct broadcasting via website too (website called africa).

if ur wondering about the blue and red guage, the red one is the best record of scored (not the game score but note score)provided by konami.

the blue thing keep goes up is the players current record. and between them there is one empty place which u can set the competitor and it's going to be their record (appears green)
