The Air Force is the only branch of service that can deploy itself, build a base and sustain itself indefinitely without the assistance of another branch. Either way it doesn't matter whether it's "Oo-rah", "Hoo-yah", "Hoo-ah" or "Hua". They all mean the same thing, anything and everything except for "no".
