please don't take this the wrong way, because i am a fan of clay's. but to me it just seems like he was at his best on AI. I don't think any of his album songs are as good as his live AI performances. Especially on this song. He seems out of pitch and shriek-ish in this version (but i still LOVE it) but on his Finale performance he sounded wonderful. and bridge over troubled water was the best he has ever sounded in his entire career. He hasnt (in my view) matched his AI talent with his albums.

He still is gorgeous. Have you seen him recently? I saw him in Spamalot and some of the recent appearances to promote his new CD and he is even more sexy today than he was back then (for a few months in late 2007, he gained a little weight, but quickly lost it after getting off paxil). Unfortunately a lot of sites pick the worst pictures they can to post of him, some obviously distorted, because they know his best pictures would only confirm how hot he is, and of course, they wouldn't want that.
Clay didn't go anywhere. He's been touring regularly for years, sometimes twice a year. In fact he will be touring possibly in the fall for the new CD "On My Way Here" that is being released on May 6th. And he's been on Broadway in Monty Python's Spamalot since January, through May 4th.

All you can say is I need to grow a brain? I obliviously have one. You do not because something is wrong with your brain if you think that having sex with other men is more enjoyable than with women. I dont understand how someone can be gay? Were you just born that way or did you get picked on as a kid? You're not "born gay". It's something you.. sorta "develope" I guess I could say when you're growing up, getting older or whatever. Like getting feelings for a certain someone. In their case, someone of the same sex. They're stilling falling in love with a human being, right? I believe each person has a right to believe in what they believe, I believe there is NO right or wrong. Loving someone of same sex isn't right, nor wrong. It's just life. That's that.

Homosexuality is a sin, but when Jesus died on the Cross, He died for all sins so that they could be forgiven. God doesn't hate gays. He loves all people. He hates the fact that they are gay, but He loves them anyway, because we are all His children.

i agree 100%. i personally am not a HUGE fan of homosexuals but i do have a few friends that are. and i love them for who THEY are and what kind of person THEY are, not for their sexual preference....although, God did create adam and eve....and, to add a bit of humor, he did add the body parts to fit correctly as they should....IE a nut can't fit in a nut, but a nut can fit in a bolt...if that makes sense.

It's confusing and sometimes I can't stand myself for being this way (even though I can't help it). But I know that God still loves me, and that's all I need to know.

i've known friends that are gays. and honestly, being gay doesn't affect your personality at all, in fact most of the gay i met are very nice people. i don't agree with homosexuality but there's no need to pinpoint and put down homosexuals.

please don't take this the wrong way, because i am a fan of clay's. but to me it just seems like he was at his best on AI. I don't think any of his album songs are as good as his live AI performances. Especially on this song. He seems out of pitch and shriek-ish in this version (but i still LOVE it) but on his Finale performance he sounded wonderful. and bridge over troubled water was the best he has ever sounded in his entire career. He hasnt (in my view) matched his AI talent with his albums.

I ADORE Clay and think he is a sweet young man. This song is special for me..because during the time Clay was in the fnials of American Idol (with the AWESOME Ruben) he sang this song for his final song. I had just gotten engaged & was planning my wedding. I kept thinking to myself, that this song applied so well to my husband and me. This is the night..this is when we will be together forever..never to be lonely again. And we are still going STRONG! *smile*. GREAT SONG

Clay has said before he is not gay. He doesn't sleep around. He is a straight guy who wants to be an example. This world has gotten so evil that it seems if one is not sleeping around, he must be gay or if he does not have a love interest hanging on his arms, he is gay. He still is gorgeous. Have you seen him recently? I saw him in Spamalot and some of the recent appearances to promote his new CD and he is even more sexy today than he was back then (for a few months in late 2007, he gained a little weight, but quickly lost it after getting off paxil). Unfortunately a lot of sites pick the worst pictures they can to post of him, some obviously distorted, because they know his best pictures would only confirm how hot he is, and of course, they wouldn't want that.

Clay didn't go anywhere. He's been touring regularly for years, sometimes twice a year. In fact he will be touring possibly in the fall for the new CD "On My Way Here" that is being released on May 6th. And he's been on Broadway in Monty Python's Spamalot since January, through May 4th.
