golden im sorry about the loss of ur hampsters. my cuz had one and it didnt last but a month. pet loss is very hard to not get upset about but its just the circle of life. i suggest that maybe u should get a cockatiel. i have 3 myself and 1s very interactive and follows me everywhere. the avervage life span is about 20 years but ive heard of 1 who lived 32 years. i hope this helps

I had a hamster just like that 2-3 years ago...his name was max he died from eye disease...i tamed him to well...he opened his cage to come see me at night..about the peanut butter..giving very small amounts is okay but dnt get used to it because its oily and hamster cant diggest fat very well and it can lead to stomach problems such has diarrhea

I used to have hamsters, but they all died so fast -.- The longest one lasted about 4 years, the least was less than a year. I don't get them anymore so I don't have to feel so sad every time they die :/

@TheGoldenStandard69 Actuly, getting a dog or a cat would be worse if you are planning to get one. See, the life of a dog is WAY more intractive than a hamster. After about 1 year you and your family bond with the pet wich makes the death of a dog or cat even more sad. A hamster is a independent animal that spends most of its time in a cage waiting to be played with. I sugest you dont get a pet, or stick to independent animals.
