Atari Systems were almost never heard of. Funny how PS3 is 15 since it has so many hot games, Xbox360 steadily catching up. Hell Xbox was on 11, and Wii on 10? PS ended up 7, and NES was #1. If they weren't actually rating the games which was THE "best" I'd agree that these had big stakes in the gaming industry however since the case isn't so... Not that it matters. I love the games more than the console itself, if the game is good I don't care what they put it on (as long as I own it :D )

Gamecube was an unnecessarily deficient but still good system that hosted the fewest memorable Nintendo games by most people's standards.

The PS1 and PS2 made my childhood the best. I grew up with Playstation consoles, and when I got my DTL-T10000 I finally got a foot in the door for the career I am in today.

So I am a PS Child in reality. got each PSP, the PSX, Playstations 1, 2, & 3. and the PS1 and 2 Developer consoles. To me, Playstations are among the top of the list in greatest consoles.

@KyleHultman the last gen of consoles were all quite similar in terms of hardware, but the ps2 had the most AAA game titles developed for it which is why it came out on top, and then the xbox popped out halo. gamecube was good, but trying to compete with similar hardware to the other consoles was never the way for nintendo to go. it also had very few third party games, just like the 64. the AAA games on the console were very good however.
