Wow Cammie, you had me in tears until you were doing P90X and then I got really excited. I have had severe Asthma all my life and this has helped me tremendously. I am in week 5 and lost 15 lbs and 3" off my tummy so far with P90X and Shakeology

Cammie, this is an awesome story...TRULY inspirational. I passed this youtube link to my Dad. My father has hereditary spastic paraplegia (sp?) with almost zero mobility in his lower body. But he is of strong mind & spirit and faith in God so he exercises regularly. He does his best and forgets the rest ;) My aim is that your story will inspire him to step up to the next level. Thank you Cammie and keep pushing Play!!

I watch this video and share it often. My wife has MS and we both follow beachbody workouts. She likes Power90, I do P90x. KEEP PUSHING PLAY.
