actually im pretty new to hockey i went to a blackhawks game a year ago and it was awsome i i like hockey 1,000 times better than american football i hate football and hockey is a manly sport i hate people who say hockey is for pussies and that only canadians like it im from chicago and i like it i even play hockey sometimes on the frozen pond

did you know that old chicago stadium was the first stadium to put the air horn in for goals...the reaqson why they did it was that the wirtz family had a boat and when they replaced the horn on it they put the old one in the stadium

The Los Angeles Kings kinda do this now too...their train horn goes off 2 times quickly when they take the ice for the pre-game skate

It isnt as loud in person as some of the other ones are. St. Louis' shakes the seats cause the base is so high. Minnesota's sounds like a train is passing right next to you. And Nashville's kinda just makes your ears hurt.

Not sure of the last time you were at the United Center, but since the horn broke back in November when we put up 7 on the Coyotes, they fixed it and made it much louder. Like, can't hear yourself think, loud.
