Well, 1st you have to be the Duke or Duchess of Dementia. (If you're the Duke or Duchess of Mania, the don't follow you.) Next, you have to do, "The Helpless Army," quest for the Golden Saints at the fort of Brellach. When you enter Brellach, a female Golden Saint captain named, "Issmi," will ask you for help. Eventually, you'll meet up with the male Golden Saints before you reach the commander at Brellach.
If I went on pillaging, I'd get arrested again. I've gotten arrested waaayy too many times in this game. The guard gets alerted too quickly.
I tried making myself invisible and used my Mage's Staff of Shock to take this Countess lady down. 100% Chameleon and I still got a bounty on my head. Sheesh...
True, it would be hard going to a fence to sell all my stuff since their all within city gates. Kinda wish they would be in a small town outside of a major city.
AI-wise, I don't think they have a choice! I mean, excuse the partially over-use saying but they ain't in the Shivering Isles anymore! Not like they can return to Brellach or anything. I'm all they got! Lol.
The PS3 version runs better than the Xbox360 version. I'd like to try out the PC version and see how far I can push to console commands into doing whatever I want!
I love it though. A man's more useful when he's silent. (No offense to you or any other guy for that matter.)
The followers in this game socialize way too damn much. I get I'm as anti-social as a girl can get but their too freaking nice!! My Mage's Apprentice would have full on conversations with NPCs while I was walking away from his ass. He was quick enough so he run after me as soon the NPC had to go. Still, it'd be nice if he'd shut-up. I got things to do and places to be.
Yeah, One golden saint followed me. Lets say he payed with his blood :)

WHHAATT! Guess someone reported you for attacking your Golden Saint. Wow! Gotta love Oblivion's gameplay mechanics! My horsey reports me for crimes!
"Don't walk towards me Nutmeg! Mama needs money!" *Hits Random NPC* "...HORSEY!!"
You still play Oblivion now that Skyrim's out? A bunch of my friends still do even though, (Unlike me.) they actually have Skyrim.

A bit overkill there :P You swhould gather 6 or so of those knights and start a holy war against everyone else. Pillaging, killing and so on.

@EmpressAeris (None taken. :) ) Heheh, the conversations in this game is rather weird, specially since they're randomly generated.
TheRealFreeman1 4 months ago
@TheRealFreeman1
I mean, there not entirely random. NPCs will mention any accomplishments you've done. Normally, under the, "Rumors," category.
EmpressAeris 4 months ago
@EmpressAeris Yeah, but otherwise it can sound rather stupid.

@TheRealFreeman1
Well, Bethesda wanted to make a realistic world. It doesn't have to sound perfect. It just has to do its job!
