I was at the show in dallas 5/26.  a lot of the new material they played was great, but I was disappointed at the lack of deacin and gutiars on the set.

personnal reasons..his dad just died, and hes got other things to attend to, and amibtions to fulfill...

his dad didn't just die.. his dad died last year... and a few days after his dad died I saw them live.. and deacon was there! Everyone was thankful too, excellent show.

but yeah, personal reasons still.

This is awesome, so excited about seeing them in london. Anyone else slightly concerned that they seem to be playing along to a backing track with guitars on?

I was at this show, its not a backing track, its a sample thats looping, which they do a ton, just not usually with guitar sounds, and considering this specific song was recorded originally with acoustic guitars, and they didn't use guitars at all at this show, this version of the song is quite the feat and very well done.
