@joringrant Yeah almost all bluetooth headsets have the same passcode which is " 0000 " after you enter 4 times zero your headset will pair with your phone...

I just bought one and i have some problems. Ive had it plugged in for 4 days straight and it still wont work if its unplugged. Im using it for my playstation so i tried using it while plugged in but i get a horribly screeching from it. Any ideas??
@108billy dont use it on the playstation 3. the bh-101 is great for phones but its not a headset for the ps3. the headset sings around and makes that screeching sound.
As for not be able to use it unplugged is cause the battery may be dead.

How do you make a call? I dont get it. I tried to say "call whoever" and it doesn't work! It only worked the first time. Now if I press the button twice, it just calls back the first person the voice calling worked for. It's very irritating... Any suggestions?

I think there should be a setting on your phone for that function. It is not headset related rather phone related for your issue...

Nope...no mute button only a button to turn on and the same button is to accept and end call and two volume up and down buttons.
