Last DM album I bought & heard was Ultra and then I said "This is it... This ain't DM anymore" I used to be a stone-wall DM fan since early 80's but I'm not anymore. Reason? Gahan & Co treated AW with disrespect for all the effort, music, ideas, incredible sounds he has put in. It's easy to hear what a big difference AW made once he joined DM. Just compare Clarke's Photographic live in '81 and the same song performed live in Hamburg '84. Piss off Gahan & Co., you'll never be in Alan's league!!!

, andy and mart are both best buddies since grammar school and andy didn't get on with alan. alan was treated like the outsider even though he and flood made DM great.

in fact alan got along with dave more than any other member. they still talk to each other.

ultra was the last depeche mode album that sounded good. mainly because alot of outside people helped on the album because alan was gone.
