i think there is a superman in all of us. Ok not in terms of physical ability but i dont believe thats what superman is about. I think its about being a good human being and doing whats rite even when you dont need to, helping people when you dont have to and being good when you could be bad... and we can all do that :)
if batman and superman would really exist osama and bush would be on arkham, colombia wouldn't have drugs, mexico would be a better place to live and the towers from new york would still be on earth... long life to batman and superman, the only heroes this world needs

You know, I think Goku would beat Superman without even getting tired.. My point? Look at some of his comments elsewhere, he is quite funny and i just want to tease him... ^^
i love supes but he cant fight he fights like ah butler the dbz crew are very powerful and some of them are known to blow up planets i think broly and supes would be ah good match up.
Great tribute. Absolutely wonderful. The best shot is at 1:32. That drawing truly captures the essence of Superman - Earth's gentle protector. Beautiful.
Honestly, though, it could have done without the 9/11 shots. It's far too patriotic, and it's time to move on.
Maybe could have done without the towers, but the picture of Superman and Krypto in front of the montage is perfect. It is a reminder of Superman's respect for humanity and their own heroics.
As the creator mentions in the description, most of the pictures were done by Alex Ross. You can find most of them by just googling his name and Superman. What a great artist he is.
Hey does anyone find it odd how the people in Metropalist havn't found who Superman is yet I mean come on!!!! Lois didn't figure out who Superman is until Superman decided to reveal it to her I mean his diguise is so fricken obvisously!AM I RIGHT!!!!!!!!!!
It has been cited by some critics that the greatest part of the Kal-El character is in fact Clark Kent. Superman is Superman; Kent is his alter ego. For other heroes, the hero is the alterego: Batman is the alterego of Bruce Wayne. Mr Reeve did an outstanding job of portraying this amazing aspect of the character.
What a great and well done video lots of classics from Alex Ross (They all are), About the image of him in the chair is like his thinking of moments he been in the past (and that is what all the others picture show U) Great job with the Video!
Great video. Can I ask something. Was that the world trade center plan and superman stopping it, or is that just what I wanted to see. I guess we all have a little bit of superman in all of us. And thats a real good thing.
looks great. I agree totally with what TheOnlySnake said about Alex Ross. Two Questions: whom is that quote at the end from, and why did you keep cutting back to the image of him in the chair?
Perfect perfect perfect my friend..captured Alex's great work, and the spirit of the character. I got a little choked up when I saw the plane and the 2 towers. Where was he when we needed him then??
There is an iconic pose that Alex did of Superman standing looking straight up at us with his cape blowing to the left. You may wanna use that for the last 4 seconds of the song, instead of him sittin gon the chair. only a suggestion, the video kicks ass already
This is a great video with Alex Ross love it thank you

There have been numerous, sometimes crazy, explanations here. In the end, most people chalk it up to two things:
1) Superman and Clark Kent are so drastically different, no one would ever put the two together.
2) Superman does not wear a mask, unlike most heroes, so people just assume that he doesn't have another identity. He is just Superman. .
