For the price of that, with only like 10$ more, you could have bought a LC-Power Titan 560W, it has more wattage and ampere on the 12v, 2 PCI-e, SLI Ready and is more efficent! But however good PSU 4 the price ;)

For me is ok... so far so good. (knocking on the wood)
It's quiet and it is powerful enough for my pc.
