If you Purchase a Pre-Owned, Stock 1980's Delorean, is it possible to get all of the upgrades you get with the "new" deloreans? And is there an upgrade that allows you to use a remote to lock/unlock the doors, like on modern cars, or does that come stock?

Basically, yes almost anything used on the newly assembled cars can be added to an existing DeLorean. It's just typically more cost effective as part of a new build car.

And are they good daily drivers? Do they have any special nuances that make them finicky in that role as opposed to modern cars? Like cooling or the fuel injection etc?
