Senator Grassley Questions Sotomayor on Property Rights

From what I see, Senator, and as an American that has watched these hearings all day, or at least one who has pieced all of the complete hearings together by video, I find her inability to give straight answers on our Constitution, very troubling. Her answers on your questions, and Lindsay Grahams, are quite troubling. I thank you for your tough questions and hope you vote against her, on basis of answers that do not FULLY support our Constitution.

I think she responded above and beyond expectations, I would say she is a good candidate. Also, the next president will be a latino too :)

I agree with you. She did a very good job answering every single question by going into her rationale regarding each case. I hope all goes well for her.

Can we have a latino who is for capitalism, against government intervention, will fix the debt, return us to the gold standard, promote free trade, legalize marijuana, uphold states rights, follow the constitution and win the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq? If so, I'd vote for that latino any day. If he/she's just another democrat/republican shill, then no thanks.

Why should we care about race, only racists do that.
