If someone told me ten years ago that Kelli Hansen and Jeff Pilson would be in Foreigner....I would have laughed at them!! Wow! They kind of bring a "metal" stage presence to them with their on stage antics and hair. I do miss the Dokken and Hurricane years though to be honest. Nice additions to Foreigner!!

Actually Kelly is a great fit with this band. The "look", the voice and the great chemistry in the group makes this line up a great one. No offense to Lou because I also think Lou's voice was excellent with the band. Rock on.

People complian about replacing the singer, but I never listened to Foreigner (except for one song) untill I bought tickets to their new tour with Journey. I'd never of heard great songs like this most likely if they weren't still going today.

They wrote these tunes in such a high key that its amazing that Lou gramm could sing them as long as he did. Even great bands like Little river band and aerosmith have dropped from their original signature to occomidate the vocalist change in pitch. This guy is good ....Lou Gramm was a star in my eyes for sure.

Michelleschnookie . . you asked about Lou Gramm. He is well and singing his heart out. He is touring with his brothers in The Lou Gramm Band. Maybe two years back he recorded a spiritually based gospel album, which is certainly worth a listen. For a time he lost much of the range of his powerful voice after fighting his tumor but he has persevered. Even though he just had his 60th birthday he is singing stronger than ever. Last saw him the summer of 08 at his great Lockport, NY show.

Yes, I think theyre awesome, so is Kelly Hansen. They chose the perrfect person to take Lou's place. If u dont look and just listen, in the beginning esp. it sounds just like Lou. Then when u look its a man who looks a lil like Steven Tyler in '80s era. lol Maybe Im the only one who thinks that, but at least his hair reminds me of Steven. Just saw them in Detroit. They surprised me. I did not want to go.  I spent $500 and was amazed to see such a great band so close for the cash. My client and kid was happy too. Great performance. Better today than ever. Yeah, I love Lou's voice and get it guys. This singer kicks ass!!!

Hansen does it better than Gramm does now... probably because he's a lot younger, no doubt. Lou Gramm's lost the great voice he once had. The switch of singers was absolutely necessary for this band to continue sounding as good as they once did.

Saw then in Lynden last summer... haven't paid too much attention to them prior than that concert...( like a decade or two,lol) and I was totally bummed out when I found out only one original band member was left, but that quickly changed! I do wish that one guy in the band would go to the hair club for men though... only becaue I used to rock to Foreigner and that he makes me realize I'm getting old too,lol GREAT TO SEE THEM TOURING AND THAT THEY PUT OUT A NEW ALBUM!

Oh I agree yngvaibsteen, what we don't know for sure is what Lou Gramm would sound like had he never gotten the tumor. He's definitely getting better and better as show in recent posts. Talk to any professional singer, he did some really difficult songs and a lot of them.

I saw them in Columbus not too long ago. The started Jukebox Hero normally, but then went into 'Whole Lotta Love' and then into an awesome Mick Jones guitar solo followed by the rest of Jukebox Hero!

I saw Foreigner perform live for the very first time on T.V. (not in person) last night (on PBS). I actually sat there & watched the whole concert.  Coming from someone who doesn't normally listen to this kind of music, I've gotta say, I was pretty impressed. I would categorize their music as classic rock. I like classic rock bands such as Steely Dan, Blue Öyster Cult, Eric Clapton, Pink Floyd, The Doors, Led Zeppelin, The Rolling Stones, etc.-- some pretty good stuff.

Wasn't interested in them without anyone else but Lou.

When I heard ex Hurricane frontman Kelly Hansen was fronting them I decided to check out some vids.

Hurricane were great.

Kelly is awesome!
