If you split 2000 calories into 5-6 meals, you're still digesting 2000 calories. Whether it's 2000 split into 5-6 meals or 2-3, your metabolism STILL has to do the same amount of work because it's the same amount of calories. Everything else is fine. Cayenne pepper and green tea work too (I've personally tried those).

Here's why: The 3 large meals still add up to the same amount of calories at the end of the day. And whether you're consuming some of those calories every 5 minutes or every 6 hours, you still are consuming them and still are burning fat. Timing makes no difference so 5-6 is just as good as 3.
