There are cases where the cops attack COMPLETELY unprovoked. Not like in this video where he talked some trash or refused to move even. I am talking about suspects who are 100% obeying every single FUCKING order and command.

I bet he wishes he could take his actions back, because he knew he was in trouble right then and there. He got 10 days suspension for doing this, and the Police Chief appologized to the teen and his family. Of course by appologizing, he's admitting fault; so he opens the department up to a hefty civil suit, with payment coming compliments of the taxpayers.

Given the actions of the teen, I don't believe the officers actions were totally unjustified. The teen was obviously provoking him verbally and his thrashing around was putting the officer in danger. Who knows how he would have acted had he gotten loose from the officers arms.

The worst part of all this is that the cop was suspended for 10 days for this, even though his chief agreed that the injuries were unintentional. I don't know what this guy's crime was, but judging by how he handled the brutality used against him, it was not violent. No physically peacable person should be subjected to such physical abuse. The kid was obviously upset and provoking the cops verbally, but the physical abuse was certianly uncalled for. The officer's weak responses to the criminal's pleas, "Why'd you do that man?" are further evidence of his unjust reaction.

I lived in K'zoo for years while going to college and was robbed 3 times, witnessed muggings, forced entry burglary(kicking in a door) and vandalism. Every single time it was black bastards. I worked as a security guard nights to pay rent and stopped several crimes about to be committed. Every time it was blacks.
