you don't have to cut open the urban decay primer potion. it's tough and you might end up cutting yourself.
either soak the bottle in hot water so the product slides down to the bottom instead of sticking to the sides, or microwave the bottle without the cap and deposit the product onto a clean surface, then transfer the primer to an airtight container (face/eye cream jars, etc).
I really liked this video. It really helped me bacause I was wondering what to get, especially what colors o lipsticks, and now I'm going to the mäc store near me and buy definitely some stuff. I have caramell-toned skin and I think I'll get the same products but a few shades darker.
So thank you so much! BTW I really like your videos!!!
Very good videos!! I'll keep your recommendations in mind if I ever become a SERIOUS makeup person. For the time being, my drugstore products are good enough for a broke college student like me. My Prestige eyeshadows, Covergirl mascara, and brushes from Target work pretty darn well. I choose not to wear foundation and blush, and I usually just wear lip balm or clear gloss on my lips.
the Urban Decay Primer is worth every penny! i love it, it keeps my eye shadow on all day and it doesnt crease :) it really is a must buy and every woman needs it!
So do you think, that MAC is the best kind of make-up, since that the brand your talking about?? I'm just curious, because I live in Denmark, and I do not think, that I can buy MAC here, and it is so expensive on the internet, hehe:P
MAC is a higher quality brand of makeup that is available in a lot of places. It is also available online (the prices you see online is that same as in-store, the only additional charge is shipping). Yes, its more expensive but you are getting the quality you are paying for. Another good brand that is a bit more affordable is NYX, so you could also check that out if you'd like.
i lvoe watching your videos and i think its really cool that u recommend colours for darker skin tones...coz i hate trying to find substitutes for darker skin tones...so thank you!:)
oh my gosh thank you so much for the primer tips!! actually a few days ago i was checking my eyeshadow and it creased so i was wondering what i could do and then you said use primer so thnk very much!!!!
Can you use a 187 stippling brush with a foundation like Studio Fix? I use Studio Fix and have been only using it with the 182 kabuki or Sephora bronzer brush and other powder/buffer brushes...
not powder and bronzer,...oops =P I'm just starting out, and I wanted to know also: do you prefer powder foundation over liquid foundation? and why?I really really love you video's btw! I'm a big fan! =) I hope some day I can do make up just as pretty as you do them! =)
@chrys990 , liquid usualy has better coverage and better staying power, especialy if you set it with a translucent or barely tinted powder. powder foundation is like the easy-lazy option because its really easy to put on but the results just arnt the same in my opinion. i know im not the one you wanted an answer from lol...but i hope it helps!!!
Viva Glam V is one of my STAPLES! Great Rec! My other staple is "Ample Pink" Plushglass also by MAC. Both are neutral pinks great for every day or evening!
I don't think the staying power is that great, I don't like the way they apply, and I think they don't really make the colour of the shadow vibrant. Plus I hate the packaging because they dry out. But it's personal preference. I just don't want to recommend a product that I don't like.
8:27 to 8:50 made me giggle....hehehehea

Man kan sagtens købe MAC i DK, jeg ved i hvertfald at man kan få det i Kongens Lyngby og i Århus. Håber det kan hjælpe:)

xlaughing 3 years ago
The 187 is better for liquid foundation, blushes, and bronzers. For the Studio Fix, the 182 is great with it.
MissChievous 3 years ago
if your using the 187, do the blush and bronzer also have to be of a liquid nature? Or did you mean just regular powder and bronzer?
