This a beautiful but very sad song about this hospitalized woman dealing with a deeply broken heart, she attempted suicide and these are her mental ephemeral thoughts after such, medicated she imagines her this surreal scene, and she is asking "why didn't you love me enough to care about me, to not even come to see me in the emergency room?" This song is really heart-wrenching in my view.
