She's doing her mating dance! My bird does this all the time for my dad and my husband also. Sachi must really like someone in the room!

Pionus parrots in general are not very loud at all. They have moments in the day where they will contact call but that only last a few minutes.. and mostly they are quiet like bunnies, very loving, independent and laid back. In this video.. she's expressing herself this way because she's mad.

In my opinion.. I'd say that Pionus parrots are the "perfect" appartmen/condo parrot.

I love my Sachi very very much. The voice you here in the back ground is my african grey.
